I am currently assistant professor in the Computer Science
department at Sherbrooke University.
My work focuses on diffusion MRI
acquisition and processing
to infer the white-matter wiring
of the brain. The aim is to understand
functional coupling between certain
cortical regions as well as the connectivity
properties of
cerebral tissues.
I did a post-doctorat at
NeuroSpin
under the supervision of Cyril Poupon. I also obtained a PhD in
Computer Science at INRIA Sophia Antipolis - Mediterranée, supervised
by R.
Deriche. Finally, I obtained my M.Sc under the supervision of K. Siddiqi in Computer
Science at Center for Intelligent Machines, McGill University, where I
also obtained my B.Sc., graduating from the
joint honors Mathematics and Computer Science program.
